Boxing and Butt Bash
Boxing techniques with an emphasis on increasing lower body strength and endurance. Use a set of light hand weights or two cans of food, an exercise mat or a skipping rope is optional.
The workout is only 33 minutes, so you need to really push hard.
After the online workout, if you want to achieve bigger and better results, then go for a 20-30 minutes jog afterwards.
