Tabata - High Intensity Interval Training

Improve body composition and fitness by working at a high intensity.  A kettlebell, set of dumbbells, or even two small bottles, are suitable for this workout. 

The workout is only 33 minutes so after the online workout, if you want to achieve bigger and better results, then go for a 20-30 minutes jog afterwards.
