We would be delighted to come into your offices or premises to deliver a one-off Health and Wellbeing Presentation, designed to stimulate interest and facilitate healthy change.
During this informative and inspirational seminar, we will talk to you and your team about the adverse effects of stress, and the positive benefits of exercise and healthy eating. We will also discuss how positive changes to health and wellbeing can improve productivity at work. Part of our presentation can be tailored to focus on certain health areas of concern for your business.
This presentation will benefit the entire group and will give you some great tips towards healthy lifestyle choices, and reaching health and fitness goals. Towards the end of the presentation we can talk about our Health and Fitness 10-week Challenge, to see if it is right for your team.

This highly accountable programme, encompassing group and individual fitness sessions, nutrition advice, and weekly lifestyle challenges, will give your team a dramatic kick-start towards a healthier and happier future.
All participants undergo simple body composition and fitness assessments before commencing, to test their base health and fitness levels.
Each week we can come to you or you can come to us for a fun and challenging group fitness session. No special workout gear is required, and the workouts cater to all levels. Your team will then complete two 30-minute online video workout sessions each week in their own time, which could be done at home, or during their lunch break.
All participants receive a Healthy Food Guide, packed with nutrition advice from leading Sports Nutritionist, Ien Hellemans. They also complete a weekly healthy lifestyle challenge, aimed at creating healthy habits, which could be anything from drinking more water, to ensuring they get 7-8 hours’ sleep each night.
Your team will be kept highly accountable by filling out a review of their experiences and results each week. At the end of the Challenge, final body composition and fitness assessments will be carried out.

We can provide educational sessions which include stress and health management and nutritional tips and advice. We have spaces during business hours and are happy to travel to you and provide all of the equipment, administration and support that you need.
We have Trainers with a diverse range of skills, so we can take any type of session you like; from low impact sessions like yoga or pilates to high impact sessions such as boxing or boot camp........we do it all!

Build team morale, trust and communication by participating in a very challenging Team Cohesion Physical Session.
This is a great option for sports Teams conducting pre-season training or for Corporate groups wanting to develop work relationships, by putting staff members physically out of their comfort zones. This training is suitable for all levels of fitness and can be especially tailored to suit individual groups.
Sessions run for 1-2 hours at our farm in West Melton at a cost of $300. If you have more than 20 people, or if we are required to travel to you, then there maybe additional costs.CONTACT US TO BOOK
Boot Camp with Kaz director, Karen Hulston has always been focused on building positive and cooperative teams, along with improving health and fitness. She was the first female to pass the gruelling selection process and be accepted into the NZ Army’s elite, previously all-male Physical Training Corps. During the 17 years she spent in the Army, Karen helped to design and implement many health and fitness programmes and team building activities for various Army units.
Since leaving the Army in 2013, Karen has created a health and fitness community, starting with her popular Farm Boot Camps in West Melton, where she has trained hundreds of participants. In 2017, she launched Boot Camp with Kaz, encompassing her popular online training programmes. At the 2018 New Zealand Fitness Awards, Karen’s Boot Camp programme was the overall winner of the Programme Excellence category.CONTACT KAZ
Jo's interest in Group fitness began in her early twenties when she regularly attended aerobic classes at her local gym.
Jo enjoys music and the energy and enthusiasm she gets when training a group.
In 2009, Jo gained her qualification as a Group Fitness Instructor. Since being qualified Jo has taken Boot camp, HIIT, Circuit Training, and lots of Pump classes.
Jo is very passionate about Yoga and in 2017, she completed 200 hours towards her Yoga teacher training.
Jo has a real empathy for her clients. She is very approachable and very understanding of each persons strengths and weaknesses.
Jo is super excited to be involved in Boot camp with Kaz, as she believes the Programme creates sustainable healthy lifestyle changes, that last a lifetime.
Naomi is a 50-year old mother of four children who has had a passion for exercise since a young age.
She has been a competitive judo player from the age of twelve, representing New Zealand for 20 years up to Commonwealth games level and was the NZ women's coach for 5 years.
She is currently the club coach for Canterbury Amateur Judo Club, which her whole family attends. She was also a competitive soccer player and has even tried her hand at rugby. More recently she enjoys playing touch rugby, scuba diving, fishing and traveling.
Naomi is a very smart coach that knows how to achieve results. With her vast judo and sporting background, Naomi knows when to push a group a little bit harder and also knows when to back off.
Naomi is a qualified Personal Trainer and an International level judo coach.
