The Term Programme involves choosing two Physical Boot Camp sessions each week.
Boot Camp Dates: 9 October - 22 December 2023
Monday: 6am and 6pm
Wednesday: 6am and 6pm
Friday: 6am
Boot Camp sessions are designed to challenge you (at your level) so that you achieve ultimate results. You will improve; cardio fitness, burn body fat; and increase muscle strength/tone. There is an emphasis on Team work, with plenty of incentives and competitions to get you working at 100%.
