Term Four: 11/12 Oct - 18 Dec 2020
Be personally accountable on this 10 week Challenge. Each Monday you will do a fun and challenging group fitness session with other participants on the programme. You will then train at home twice a week with the 30 minute online video sessions. This smartly designed programme will keep you highly accountable and is easily adapted to fit your busy lifestyle.
First Session: Darfield - 11 Oct, West Melton - 12 Oct.
Early Bird: $209 must register before or on 4th Oct.
Late Registration: $249 if registered after 4th Oct.
