Participating on this Programme is the fastest way to achieving Results!
This Complete programme involves choosing three Boot Camp sessions each week for ten weeks. The 6am sessions are very large, so are not as suitable for beginners. However if you have exercised in the past, and are just out of shape then the 6am sessions are suitable.
Boot Camp Dates: 26 July - 1 October 2021
Monday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm
Wednesday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm
Friday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm (if numbers allow)
Boot Camp sessions are designed to challenge you (at your level) so that you achieve ultimate results. You will improve; cardio fitness, burn body fat; and increase muscle strength/tone. There is an emphasis on Team work, with plenty of incentives and competitions to get you working at 100%.
