This Complete programme involves choosing three Boot Camp sessions each week for ten weeks. The 6am sessions are very large, so are not as suitable for beginners.
Boot Camp Dates: 9 Feb - 16 Apr 2021
Tuesday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm
Friday: 6am, 9.30am and 6pm (if numbers allow)
Boot Camp sessions are designed to challenge you (at your level) so that you acheive ultimate results. You will improve; cardio fitness, burn body fat; and increase muscle strength/tone. There is an emphasis on Team work, with plenty of incentives and competitions to get you working at 100%.
*There will be prizes at the end of the Term for the Boot campers with the Most Improved Body Composition and Fitness. Also a Peers prize will be Awarded!
